Thursday, October 12th, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM at the Okaloosa County BoCC Chambers located at 1250 N. Eglin Parkway in ShalimarOkaloosa County receives Corridor Program funding from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). This funding is used to supplement transit operations along the Highway 98 Corridor which has been designated as an eligible transportation corridor in the local or the statewide Congestion Management Plan/Mobility Management Plan based on its traffic congestion and overcrowding which causes an inefficient transportation system. As a condition of receiving Corridor funding, a Technical Advisor Group (TAG) is required to be assembled to define new goals and objectives and review previously established milestones by which progress toward the goals and objectives are measured.
