EC Rider Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy a pass?

-Passes can be purchased at the EC Rider office or on board the buses from the driver.

What is the number for lost and found?

-You can call our main administrative office at (850) 833-9168, and we will gladly see if we can help locate your item.

Can I bring my bike?

-Yes! Bikes may ride on our buses for free. Be sure to secure your bike on the front of the bus and tell your driver when you are dismantling your bike once you exit the bus.

Can I bring my pet?

-Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on our transits, with the exception of service dogs.

Am I allowed to bring food on the bus?

-We do not allow for any open containers of food or drinks. Please make sure food and drink items are sealed when riding the bus.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

-All EC Rider vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts.

Does EC Rider run on holidays?

-EC Rider routes will not operate on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve (No service after 2PM)
  • Christmas Day

Do kids ride free?

-Students and/or children with a height equal to or shorter than the top of the fare box ride free with a paying adult.
