What is a Transit Development Plan (TDP)?
The Okaloosa-Walton Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) for Okaloosa County’s Emerald Coast (EC) Rider transit has initiated 10-year Transit Development Plan major update to support the development of an effective multimodal transportation system in Okaloosa County. The central objective of this effort is to improve transit opportunities and offer a robust, multimodal connection experience for the Okaloosa County EC Rider service area.
